Get in shape on the beach, we have some of the most beautiful nature, beaches and landscape in the country right here in Jeffreys Bay – great inspiration to get into top shape (everyone welcome – no matter how long it takes – we will get you there!).

Wether you`d like to train outdoors a few times a week or spice your normal gym routine up with an outdoor fun (but effective!) session every now and again you are most welcome.
All you need to bring with is a towel, water and a lekker chill vibe – all other equipment is provided.
Session are 1 on 1 personal training and range from 45min to an hour depending on the intensity.
Small group sessions are welcome as well with a maximum of 3 at a time as the focus is very much on maximum results through individual attention.

How it works:
We will have quick chat about your fitness goals and times when training will suit your routine. Also which location will work best.
Will do a beach personal training session at a time and place convenient for you. Sessions will be hard enough to make consistent progress but having personal trained in Europe for 12 years I don`t believe in extreme training where people lose motivation and increase the opportunity for injury. The aim is consistent progress whilst enjoying the outdoors and having fun getting into shape.
Sessions start with a chill warm up, then progress to a mixture of toning, core, cardio, resistance and stretching exercises depending on your level of fitness and goals.
Equipment used in our beach personal training sessions include stability balls / kettlebells / weights / bodyweight / medicine balls / resistance bands / boxing pads / steps etc.
